Sponsored Products is an advertising service that helps you promote the products you offer for sale on Amazon. You choose which products you want to advertise, assign keywords to them, and enter a cost-per-click bid. When an Amazon customer searches for one of your keywords, your ad is eligible to appear along with the search results. You only pay for this service when your ad is clicked. When the customer clicks on your ad, they are directed to the detail page where your offer is listed.
